How do I redeem rewards points?
Mezco Rewards Points can be applied to the purchase of any qualifying collectible during the check-out process. Mezco Reward Points cannot be used on select exclusive or limited edition items. Not able to apply your Rewards Points? Please contact our customer service department.
Where do I review my rewards?
Log in to your Mezco Toyz account to view your current rewards balance.
Are rewards points retroactive?
Rewards Points can only be awarded on new qualifying purchases and cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
What if I forget to log in to my account before making a purchase?
You must log into your account in order to receive rewards points on eligible items. Orders placed via guest check out are ineligible for rewards points.
How soon after my first qualified purchase will my rewards become active?
Mezco Rewards Points become active approximately twenty-four (24) hours after a qualifying order ships.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts?
Mezco Rewards Points cannot be combined with any other site discounts, Promo Codes, shipping discounts, even if checkout allows it. Read complete details on Mezco Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Can I use rewards points towards shipping and tax?
Mezco Rewards Points can only be applied to the subtotal of an order before shipping and tax are added.
What happens to my rewards points if I cancel an order?
If you cancel an order that was purchased with Mezco Rewards Points, including orders that required a non-refundable deposit (NRD), the points used for that purchase and the NRD are forfeited.
Do rewards points expire?
Yes, Mezco Rewards Points must be used within 2 years of the date they are issued. Mezco reserves the right to change the rewards program at any time without notice, including imposition of Rewards expiration dates. Mezco reserves the right to increase rewarded points per item or not offer any points on an item at Mezco's discretion.
What happens if I don't use my rewards points?
Mezco reserves the right to cancel user accounts that are inactive for 24 months or more, along with any unused rewards points associated with that account.
Can I use rewards towards a Wait List order?
Yes, however it's highly recommended that you DO NOT use your reward points on waitlist orders since waitlist orders are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
