Tracking An Order

You'll receive an email notification when we ship an item from our warehouse. You can log into your account at anytime to track the status of your order by navigating to Account > Order History. Show me where »

Shipping & Delivery

We use UPS as our primary carrier. Please be aware of the following:

  • Mezco Direct cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes; please provide a residential or commercial address
  • Mezco Direct only ships to the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada*
  • If your package is returned to after 3 UPS delivery attempts, shipping costs are non-refundable and you may incur additional charges for return and/or subsequent shipments

International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide!

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates by following these four easy steps:

Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.

*International shipments are subject to additional import taxes and/or brokerage fees. These charges are assessed by UPS – as representation for Mezco Toyz – at the US/Canadian border and are not known prior to shipment. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact 1-800-PICK-UPS for info regarding fees that may apply to your area.

Returns & Replacements

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase and that our toys become a part of your growing collection.

We do however appreciate your cooperation with the following return guidelines:

  • You must contact us before returning or exchanging an item
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned unopened (unless the opened product is defective)
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • We may charge a $5 restocking fee per item for all return items, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part
  • Some items are marked ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THIS ITEM. Items marked in such a way cannot be returned
  • Only 1 of an item per customer is returnable
To return or exchange an item, please contact us.

If you've purchased one of our products from another retailer or online seller, please contact them to return a damaged or defective product. We can only refund/exchange items purchased from our online store.


Your credit card or PayPal® account is charged immediately for all orders marked as 'In Stock.'

Pre-ordering ensures you’ll receive an item. If you order an item marked as 'Pre-Order,' your card will not be charged until the item is ready to ship (unless you choose PayPal as your payment method.) Your online statement may appear to show our authorization, however this is temporary and is not an actual charge or debit. This temporary authorization disappears on it's own in 24-72 hours. See your issuing bank for details.

If you'd like to add items to a recent order, please place a new, separate order.


If you need to cancel any order prior to shipment, please contact us with your order number. If your order has already shipped, please refuse the shipment upon arrival. Once the order is returned we will issue a refund for the price of the item (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.) There is no charge for cancelling orders that have not shipped, however the $1.50 standard handling fee is non-refundable.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal®. You must have a United States or Canadian billing address to place an order in our store. Viewing Orders

Once you've purchased an item from our store, it's easy to keep track of your order status. Log into your Mezco Toyz account by clicking on the 'Sign In' link at the top of any page, then select 'Order History' from the left navigation. Your order status will change as items become available to ship, and order tracking information will be automatically update.

Updating Account Information

Log into your Mezco Toyz account by clicking on the 'Sign In' link at the top of any page. From this page you will be able to view and manage your:

  • account information
  • newsletter subscriptions
  • address book
  • order history
  • product reviews
  • tags

Condition Of Our Inventory

We know how important packaging condition is to our customers, and we do our best to select near-mint products when we fill your order. Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee that the packaging will be completely mint. We hand-pack each order with expert care during shipment preparation to ensure a safe journey. We believe strongly in exonerating your toys from their tiny plastic prisons, and encourage you to enjoy your purchase.
