Mezco Rewards Terms And Conditions
To be eligible for Mezco Rewards, you MUST be logged into your account when placing an order. Orders placed via guest check out are ineligible to receive rewards.
- Enrollment in the Mezco Reward Points Program becomes effective only upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Mezco Reward Points Program (or "Mezco Rewards") is sponsored by Mezco Toyz, LLC. ("Mezco"). By becoming a member of Mezco Rewards, members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Mezco. Membership rules are void to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.
- Mezco Rewards membership ("Membership") is open to individuals of at least 18 years of age. Commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for Membership. Employees of Mezco Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses, parents or children are not eligible for Membership. A member may have only one Membership account even if he or she has multiple e-mail addresses. Multiple accounts will be terminated by Mezco, and the Mezco Rewards accumulated in all accounts will be forfeited.
- A member may terminate his or her Membership at any time by submitting a notice of termination via e-mail to Mezco. Membership is not transferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Membership is valid only for purchases made online through the MezcoToyz.com website.
- Mezco may change the Mezco Rewards rules, benefits, conditions of participation or point levels for purchases in whole or in part at any time without notice. Such changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Mezco may change or terminate program partners, if any, and withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of reward points for use by any one individual on any one purchase.
- Mezco may, at any time, terminate or modify Mezco Rewards without any further obligations to members. Mezco also reserves the right to delete member accounts and award accruals at Mezco's sole discretion.
- Abuse of Mezco Rewards, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of points or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Mezco in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation as well as forfeiture of all points accrued. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing Mezco Rewards, Mezco reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys' fees and court costs.
- Mezco reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by Mezco shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
- As a condition of Membership, Mezco Rewards Members may receive Mezco Rewards updates and other related materials at Mezco's sole discretion.
- A member may cancel his or her Membership at any time by notifying Mezco by mail, e-mail or telephone. Mezco, in its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel any Membership or Mezco Rewards points earned.
- If there is no account activity or points from any source posted to a Mezco Rewards Member's account for two consecutive years (24 months), the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
- Privacy Policy: The information provided by the Member will be handled according to the Mezco Toyz Privacy Policy. Members interested in learning more about Mezco's privacy practices should visit MezcoToyz.com and click on the Privacy Policy link.
- Members of Mezco Rewards earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases on the MezcoToyz.com website. Mezco, in its sole discretion, may award points for purchases made prior to the date of Membership. Points earned will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar of the purchase. Points will be posted to the member’s account as soon as practicable following shipment of the eligible purchase. When a member returns an eligible purchase to Mezco, the points previously posted to member’s account for that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account. Other exclusions may apply. Points have no cash value.
- Members will earn points for every dollar spent. Purchases made in whole or in part using Mezco Rewards, gift cards, e-coupons, rebates, etc will earn rewards on the balance. Members cannot combine points with any other promotion, including gift cards, e-coupons, rebates, shipping promotions or discounts, etc., even if checkout allows it.
- Members cannot combine Mezco Rewards with any other discounts, rebates, coupons, rewards, gift cards, shipping discounts, or site promotions on any one order. Orders will be manually adjusted to reflect only one discount or promotion usage, at Mezco's discretion.
- Mezco Rewards may be used in part or in whole towards an item's non-refundable deposit. However, if an item that requires a non-refundable deposit is canceled, all Rewards for that item will be forfeited. All non-refundable deposits must be paid for in actual U.S. funds.
- Points are redeemable at 20 points to the dollar of purchase price for eligible purchases or at such other rate as Mezco may determine in its sole discretion. Points that have been redeemed for purchases that have been subsequently canceled or returned for any reason will not be restored to the member's account.
- Mezco is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address or other contact information. Mezco Rewards Points that remain in members' accounts are forfeited if and when the Mezco Rewards Program is terminated.
- Mezco Rewards points expire 2 years after they are issued, and Mezco reserves the right to change Mezco Rewards at any time without notice, including imposition of point expiration dates and cancellation of any rewards in their entirety.
- Mezco Rewards Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Mezco Rewards Members. Points may not be transferred or conveyed by any means to anyone, including to a member's estate, and may not pass to members' successors and assigns. Accrued points do not constitute property of the member.
- All points rewards must be earned and redeemed according to the Mezco Toyz Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Mezco has the absolute right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for the Mezco Rewards Program.
- Mezco Rewards cannot be used or applied to items with wait list reservations or a wait list reservation that converts to a live order.
